Go to Sally's Beauty Supply or any hair care supply store. First you have to bleach your hair YES it is bad to get into your eyes. The people at the store will help you find the one best for you, and it has instructions on the box how to use it.

Then your hair should be a pale yellow. After that you apply a toner (which you can also but at the supply store) in dirty blonde.

Shampoos won't work, neither will plain dyes. You put blonde on brown and you get orange.
