Highlights for my hair!?

I've always wanted to get highlights but I just don't know what kind to get.

as for the highlights, i dont reccomend them. i know everybody is saying that, but your hair looks so vibrant and healthy! if you REALLY want to get highlights, get a dark brown first, then over time maybe add some red tones. or better yet, you could henna your hair. it wont damage it, and it will make you hair healthier. it will add a nice dark red tone

hey girly, i have the same complexion as you and same hair color... i got hightlights and it was so bad! our hair will turn orange, not pretty like the blonde girls or light hair girls.... i suggest u dont do it! it will only damage ur hair and make it look like carrot top!

DO NOT get highlights... Seriously, they will look really trashy in that dark of hair. If anything get some DARK BROWN high lights, and ask them to be thin and just at the crown of your head, That will look nice... but NOTHING blonde. Maybe after a few times getting dark brown, then get a hugh lighter and then the next few times get a hugh lighter till you have a light caramel color throughout, but if you go straight to caramel, its going to look trashy. You shouldn't get highlights! You are young and so your hair may be immature. If your hair is immature and you highlight it, it damages it completely!! But, if you DO wanna get highlights, you should really get some red ones.

o dont get highlights its soooo bad its the worst thing for ur hair worst than dying it so please dont get highlights plus they get expenssive its a big investment i mean u do have to retouch it every month just dye it maybe a lighter tone of brown it will look nice with ur complexion

No matter what anyone says,dont get highlights. It will make your hair less attractive. If u want to stick out like a sore thumb, go ahead and get highlights. My friend got highlights in her hair and it looked horrible. It DID NOT looknatural.
