i use henna to enhance my natural color, but i can't use bleach on hennaed hair, because it would make my hair orrange, is there a permanent way to do it ?

The only natural hair lightener is honey which is a natural hydrogen peroxide but you have to use it in moderation and don't over do it. Wrap them with honey and perhaps a bit of cassia obovata in foil strands and see how that works for you. This will give you the highlights that you want naturally. Do not bleach your hair.
