I would like to know how to dye my hair brown as well as add blonde highlights to it at the same tim

I have the colors that I want, but I do not know if I should dye my hair brown first, then wash that out, then add the blonde while my hair is still wet, or if I should dry my hair after dying it brown, then add the blonde highlights.

Please help me out.

you have to do it at the same time. just pick out the parts you want blone and put the dye on it, then kinda pin em' together and then dye the rest brownn :D sounds sooppah cute :)
